At Oakborn, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping methods:

Express Insured & Tracked Shipping – faster delivery with full tracking and insurance
No matter where you are in the world, shipping will never exceed $9.99.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method, but we cap all rates at $9.99—even for international orders.
Domestic & International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at support@peachoff.com. We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to assist you in locating your package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately through the Contact Us form on our website or email support@peachoff.com. If we catch the error before your item is shipped, we can manually correct it. However, if the fulfillment team has already processed the order, we’ll kindly ask you to place a new one.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll make an attempt to contact you via email or SMS. If we do not hear back, the product will be restocked and you will receive a refund.
Shipping-Related Returns
We do not charge return shipping for issues directly related to shipping (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). Please contact us for help resolving these cases.
